Project Overview
OACI is a strategic, scientific, governance-oriented and future-focused national platform for Oman — not merely a university, research center or landmark building, but a national engine for future studies, AI governance, scenario planning, strategic decision-making, innovation, policy labs, executive education and international collaboration.
Its core purpose is to prepare Oman for complex, fast and uncertain futures: analyzing and modelling crises, technological shifts, geopolitical change, climate risks and social transformation before they occur — and building solutions. OACI acts as Oman’s "strategic brain" or "future room", connecting government, universities, the private sector, investors, technology companies, international institutions and the next generation.

Investment Perspective
Dual-track development: an institutional/content track (registering the institute, launching studies, labs and programs) in parallel with a physical/landmark track (an iconic campus in later phases).
Phase one is knowledge-driven and capital-efficient: research programs, policy labs, executive education and advisory revenue.
Revenue streams: government advisory contracts, executive programs, research partnerships, international grants and memberships.
Long-term value as the sovereign intelligence platform underpinning Oman’s future economy.
