Project Overview
Oman Air 2035 is a strategic concept and partnership proposal to strengthen the position of Omani aviation as a premium, calm, trusted airline connecting East and West. Rather than competing with the high-volume, crowded models of large regional carriers, the strategy builds a distinct position rooted in Omani identity, hospitality, tranquility, quality, Muscat’s geographic location, political stability, stopover tourism, wellness, logistics and a premium passenger experience.
This is not merely an aviation proposal — it is an ecosystem program that connects aviation, airports, tourism, hotels, logistics, wellness, transport, culture, investment and Oman’s national brand into one integrated strategy.
Key Components
- Muscat Hub Strategy — a calm, premium, low-congestion, reliable hub connecting Europe, Asia, Africa and the GCC
- Smart Network Expansion — selected, profitable, connecting routes rather than costly unfocused growth
- Premium Customer Experience — a calm, dignified, Omani, luxurious journey distinct from crowded regional carriers
- Stopover Economy — converting transit into short stays, tourism, retail, wellness, hotels and national revenue
- National Ecosystem Integration — connecting aviation with hotels, tourism, logistics, health & wellness, culture and retail
- Operational Transformation — efficiency, digitalization, cost control, workforce development and fleet management
- Partnership Model — cooperation with government ministries, aviation authorities and international brands
