Project Overview
Oman Future Mobility & Entertainment District is a national-scale urban, tourism, entertainment, sports, smart and investment mega-project designed for the Greater Muscat region — positioning Oman among the region’s premier future destinations for motorsport, smart mobility, entertainment, tourism, marina and luxury waterfront living. It is a National Strategic Destination capable of elevating Oman in regional competition with projects like Yas Island and Qiddiya.
The masterplan spans 8–15 million m² with total investment of approximately USD 10–18 billion over a 15-year horizon; phase one requires around USD 2–4 billion over 3–5 years. Signature elements include an FIA Grade 1 circuit (5.3 km, 21 corners, night racing, 100,000 capacity), an Arabian-Omani theme park (5 themed zones, 28 rides and shows, 4 million annual visitors target) and a real-world smart mobility living lab.
