ORYX Wisdom City is an urban, social, health-driven, economic, educational and technological project: a complete city built around longevity, quality of life, wisdom, intergenerational living, preventive health and the future economy of ageing. It is emphatically not a retirement home or care facility — it is a city of life, where growing older is redefined as human capital, experience, wisdom, economic opportunity and knowledge transfer.
The city rests on three pillars: Wisdom — turning experience, mentoring and knowledge transfer between generations into value; Longevity — preventive health, medical care and healthy living; and AI Living — smart infrastructure, health data, AI assistants and digital services woven into everyday life.
