SolutionCity — Duqm is a large-scale coastal tourism, innovation, urban, leisure and investment destination on approximately 500 hectares of coastal land in Duqm. It is not a real-estate play — it is a complete tourism-economy destination combining coastal tourism and marina, luxury hotels and resorts, a civic core and central plaza, exhibition and convention facilities, an innovation and business district, wellness living, desert experience, urban forest and green belt, solar energy and desalination, internal mobility and a digital experience-economy platform.
Its message: A New Model of Tourism Economy — generating revenue not from land sales alone, but from experiences, services, events, hospitality, dining, marina, loyalty programs, tourism data, innovation, urban services and long-term partnerships.
